This is a 50% deposit only for a custom build of five (5) Baisley Park Houses. The builds will be on five separate bases (each approx. 12.5” x 5”) to be combined at the end.

Deliverables for deposit:

• Images of build design for feedback and approval.

Once approved, I will create the instructions and parts list and send another link for the remainder.
