This is a 50% deposit only for a custom build of a cubicle with a printed tile, designed with PDF instructions. The build will be approximately 5” x 5” at the base and include a minifigure. Deliverables for deposit:

• Images of build design for feedback and approval.

Once approved, I will start on the instructions and pack the set, and send another link for the remainder plus shipping when it’s ready.
