This is a 50% deposit only for 10 units of a custom build of Pilgrim School. The build will be a micro-scale version of the school, with a sky background and a custom printed tile with the school logo. The final builds will be delivered fully assembled. Deliverables for deposit:

• Images of build design for feedback and approval.

  Once approved, I will start on the physical builds and the remainder will be due when they are complete and ready to be delivered. Please let me know if you have any questions.
