This is a 50% deposit only for a custom build of St. Anne’s basilica with instructions. The build will have a base of approximately 10” x 12” in the Architecture set scale. A limited interior will be included with pews and a stage. The grounds will be discussed for the best elements to include within the prescribed base.

Deliverables for deposit:

• Design images for feedback and approval.

Once approved, I will start on the instructions and then send another link for the remainder plus shipping once the build is ready to be shipped.
